Risco group have announced the release of VUpoint, which enables for the integration of IP CCTV cameras with their award winning security systems (the Agility and LightSys) – the intruder alarm systems that we fit for our customers in Dundee, Tayside and Fife.
VUpoint basically connects your CCTV system to your burglar alarm. In the event of the alarm being triggered you can get real time images sent to you allowing you to see for yourself if it is a real or false alarm.
We think this is a great step forward and can’t wait to get our hands on a couple of cameras to trial.
